VersaCart 1300

The VersaCart 1300 was designed specifically for 1.3 meter reach collaborative robots. The VersaCart 1300 is sized to provide a generous infeed area yet is compact enough to fit in even the most crowded CNC spaces. The VersaCart 1300 is CNC laser cut and formed from powder coated steel for precision, durability and long life. The infeed area includes a visual grid for easy part alignment. The lower shelf provides storage for the robot controller and can also be used to store MultiGrip Jaws and MultiGrip Fingers. VersaDoor

The VersaDoor is a simple, reliable and cost-effective CNC door opener. The VersaDoor comes with universal mounting brackets that allow it to be installed on almost any CNC machine. The VersaDoor is available in single door versions with 24", 30" or 40" actuators and a double door version using two 24" actuators. When not in use, the CNC door can be manually opened by an operator or the VersaDoor can be disconnected in about five minutes with simple tools.

Requires pneumatic valve kit sold separately or add your own pneumatic valve. Optional door sensor kit prevents robot from colliding with door in the event of a door opener failure.

VersaDoor Sensor Kit

The VersaDoor Sensor Kit allows a robot to detect and verify the position of the VersaDoor. Without the VersaDoor Sensor Kit, robot processing becomes delayed as the robot must wait extra time to ensure door actuation is complete. If door acutation fails, the robot could hit the CNC door causing damage. With the VersaDoor sensor kit, the robot knows exactly when the door finishes opening or closing improving cycle time and preventing a possible crash with the CNC door. The robot can even monitor the door actuation time and notify the operator that the CNC door may need cleaning or other service if door actuation time increases. For Universal Robots, the included URCap integrates with the VersaDoor Sensor Kit simplifying robot programming.

VersaBlast In-CNC Part and Jaw Cleaning System

The VersaBlast In-CNC Part and Jaw Cleaning System uses an air amplifier to generate a powerful blast of air from your shop air supply to remove chips and coolant from MultiGrip Jaws and Parts. After unloading MultiGrip Jaws from a MultiGrip vise, the MultiGrip Jaws must be cleaned before the jaws are reloaded into the MultiGrip Vise. VersaBlast is mounted inside the CNC to contain chips and coolant and includes a mounting bracket with powerful magnets that attaches VersaBlast securely to the sheet metal inside of the CNC.

Z Push Tool

The Z Push Tool is installed in a CNC tool holder and allows the CNC to push down on a part during a CNC settle routine. Applications requiring tight first operation to second parallesim tolerances and lightwieght parts will benefit from a CNC program that uses the Z Push Tool to force the part against it's Z datum in the vise.

The Y Push Tool is installed in a CNC tool holder and allows the CNC to move a rectangular part along the Y axis of the MultiGrip Jaws during a CNC settle routine. Part that cannot be settled against a Y datum in the MultiGrip Jaws will benefit from a CNC program that uses the Y Push Tool to locate the part precisely in the MultiGrip Jaws after loading into a MultiGrip Vise.
